- All youth who will be 12-18 on September 1, 2013
- One parent for each of the youth (must limit numbers because of space)
- Four youth leaders per ward
Please arrive by 6:40 p.m. There will be a lot of people, and stake leaders would like to have everyone seated and quiet so they can begin promptly at 7:00. At this meeting, stake leaders will discuss details about next summer's trek to Martin's Cove, July 17-20.
