- Change in sleeping patterns
- No desire to be social and increased isolation and discomfort
- Depression

- Increased anger
- Pride
- Dishonesty

Pornography addiction can also cause impotence, because your brain can no longer distinguish the difference between a real and imagined experience.
The best way that we can fight pornography is by building up our internal filter and reducing the opportunities to view unwholesome things by:
- Talking to your children about sex and pornography. Your children will learn about it from friends if you are not proactive. Keep an open dialogue so they know they can ask you anything.
- Being careful about the books, magazines, and TV show that you bring into the home.
- Daily Scripture Study and Prayer
- Holding regular FHE
- Attending the temple and participating in Family History
- Having everyone in the family turn their phones and tablets in at night.
- Keeping your computers out in the open where anyone can see what is being viewed
- Putting a filter on all wifi devices (i.e. K9 is a free internet filter)
